DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes we offer gift vouchers in all amounts from £5 upwards. These are not time limited for when they can be spent.
Please pop into the shop or call or email to enquire. These can be easily posted to recipients.

WHY DO YOU NOT SELL ONLINE?

We did operate an Ecommerce site for several years but did not enjoy the experience. We felt separated from our customers and unable to offer the personal service we love giving. We now offer a personal shopper service instead for those unable to come into store.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items purchased can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 30 days of purchase. If items are damaged then a full refund will be given with proof of purchase shown.

DO YOU OFFER A REWARD SCHEME?

Yes we do! We offer a very generous reward system, which is available to all our customers. You earn a point for every £1 spent and when you reach 100 points this becomes £1 of credit in the shop. Please ask to join the scheme if you are not already a member.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

We are open 6 days a week:
Tue-Sat 10.30-5
Sun 12-4

WHAT IS THE PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICE?

This is our service for those not able or wanting to come into the shop. We will FaceTime at a convenient time and take you around the shop offering advice on items to suit. This is a totally free service. Please call or email to enquire.
